You may have heard that the iPhone is designed to fail that, at best, these devices last for a mere year or so before it becoming so damaged that they must be completely replaced. This, however, is simply not true. Nearly all of the iPhone parts that make up one device are replaceable which means that if it seems broken, one need not throw it away. Before you make a decision to either get it fixed or to replace it completely, take the phone to an authorized dealer, someone who generally works with Apple or Macbook parts, to have it checked for damages.
One great reason for having a phone fixed instead of replacing it entirely is that it tends to be the greener choice. An untidy amount of natural resources are put into the manufacture of electronic devices in an effort to keep up with the Joneses, many people toss their current phone when a slightly newer model comes along. If such a trend continues, manufacturers will persist in consuming a high amount of precious natural resources to keep up with demand.
As far as the iPhone screen is concerned, there are quite a few replaceable parts: the touch screen digitizer glass, the LCD display screen and the LCD glass front cover. Additionally, an ultra clear screen protector or a screen protector guard can be added for a tad bit more screen security. Several years ago it was the case that a screen just could not be replaced but not any longer. Since 2009 retail stores have had the technology to separate the screen from the rest of the phone, allowing a new screen to be installed onsite. Of course, a screen may not be cracked in order to need some work. You would not be the first iPhone user to discover a high amount of dust lodged under the screen but this is fixed easily enough. Just do not try it at home!
The phone's battery can be replaced with a High Capacity 1600 MAH and High Capacity external battery, and both the frame and the frame's mid section are replaceable. The headphone audio jack, SIM card tray, camera and home button can also be fixed if broken. Because the home button is so often used, the connecting home button flex cable may suffer some wear and tear but do not worry too much, as it too can be replaced if necessary.
If there is a problem with either the switch or motor that control the phone's vibrating function, these can be easily remedied. The actual switch can be replaced with a more colorful version, even, and any problems with the power switch or volume button are similarly fixable. If you have problems with any aspect of your iPhone, check out the reputable parts dealers in your area, and do not be afraid to ask questions or to call more than one technology repair service. Finding the most affordable retail shop is likely the best option for those users whose warranty or Apple care has run out.
