Can I use a Bluetooth USB dongle to send contact info. form my PC to my phone?

I have a Samsung M520 that is supposedly able to send contact information back & forth via Bluetooth. If I get a USB Bluetooth adapter for my PC, does it come with an address book program?

If not... Can I get some good freeware out there?

Paying Sprint $5/month for wireless backup service is a load of bull if I can do it myself.

When the output goes to the Bluetooth adaptaer, what inputs it to a program? Is it a text/*.csv file?

I'd like to know how the whole thing works.

Condurro LM801 no backup?

Condurro LM801 is a decent little phone, until you need a replacement headphone or charger lead, then you will find that none are available.
Can anyone tell me what is the type name of the connector socket on the side of the phone and also, if possible, where can I obtain an adapter?
