My Mad Catz Bluetooth headset for the PS3 won't turn on, what should I do?

I bought the headset yesterday and I charged it for the 2 hours like instructed in the manual and the red LED turned off to show that it had finished charging. To turn it on the manual said to hold down the call button until the blue LED turned on and you heard a beep. But when I hold it down... The blue LED doesn't turn on. What should I do..? I know it's functioning cos it still charges and the red LED turns on. How do I turn it on... It's the Madcatz 8860.

I have this and I just figured it out. First hold down the button right next to where it says madcats on the headset. After about 20 seconds or so the blue led light will begin to flash. After u do this go to accessory setings/register bluetooth devices in the ps3 xmb. Then click register device. You will then be instructed to prepare the headset. When told to do this tap the small button found on the top of the headset a few times until the led begins to flash red then blue multiple times then press scan. The ps3 should recoginze the headset within 20 seconds. After this you will be told to put in the passcode. When told to do this u will type 0000 as your passcode. After this it will say registering bluetooth device and then ur done. After that when ever u want to play online with ur headset hold the button on the front of the headset until the blue light flashes go to accessory settings/manage bluetooth devices find the device labeled 8860 press trangle and select connect. And then u r ready to play.
