Which cell phones are the best?

When my contract is up, I’ll be looking for a new phone. The abilities that I’m looking for are probably standard with all cell phones now, but just incase, here’s what I want:
-camera
-music
-and Bluetooth.

What’s the best brand (under $150 – which will probably be impossible, I’m sure) for the functions that I want? What’s the most reliable?

The brands I’m familiar with are Motorola and Samsung, but I’m also interested in the Sony Ericssons.

I don't know if you can pick up a k800 for that price these days, but you will get a hold of a k750 which has all of these features. Good sound, good camera, bluetooth, infra red, and a bunch more. Nice screen resolution.
