Looking for a new cellphone??

I am looking for a new phone, I currently own the Motorola Z3 RIZR Red. I had this phone for over a year and need an upgrade.
I don't know much on phones, but here are some things I look into a phone

1. Slider, Flip, No candy bars
2. micro sd card slot
3. QWERTY keyboard if possible
4. needs to have the gsm 850 band
5.Camera (doesnt have to be best but somewhat reasonable)
6. Good reception
7. Price range 100-230 USD
