Cell phone help!!! i am not vary good at it ?

I need a new cell phone cause i hate the one i have now (it the nokia slider) but i dont know where to look or where to buy : / i am a teen so it has to be in a good price range (like 100-150 less would be great) and it needs to fit these needs

Full keyboard...and easy to text on
Camera...that takes good enough pics
Good memory space..so i dont have to delete a bunch of stuff
Kinda slim and cute i want it to look nice
It has to stand up to a busy teen life!
And have nice extras just stuff a teen needs
