How to fix my LG Rumor keyboard without bringing it back.?!?

I have already went through 4 lg rumors in the last year. This is my 5 and it is a used one. it was only in use for a short time from a friend and is in great condition, but the other day I accidently dropped it down a few steps of stairs, and ever since then the keyboard only works when it wants to. & today I dropped it again, because it fell outta my pocket, and now the keyboard doesnt work at all. This has happened to me before with previous rumors. All I used to have to do was tap the back or push the back down a little and it will work. i tried to turn it on and off again multiple times and took the battery out but no such luck. How do I fix his problem without going to the sprint store? I dont have the time or money to do so. pleeease help.

You most likely cant fix that. are both keyboards broken? i would use the regular number keyboard until you can get a completely new phone. and don't get another rumor when you do. i have the lg rumor and it constantly turns off for no reason and the battery dies very fast and using the camera just completely crashes it

How long will it take for me to get into great condition for running?

Summer started and I have started training. I run the mile on average 7:25. How long to get that under 6 minutes?
My routine everyday: Run 30 minutes or 3-4 miles.
30 minutes of push ups, curl ups, sprints, and lifting.
Mile test.

I do this every day and DON"T SAY YOU ARE OVERTRAINING. How long for me to get that amazing mile time?

I feel it is good to have a variety in your workout routine. Vary the intensity so that your body has a chance to work on different aspects of running (strength, speed, and endurance) as well as giving you a chance to rest. I don't think it is helpful doing sprints after a long distance run (because sprints use the fast twitch muscles, which are more effective when the whole body is fresh). Also, you're not making best use of the muscles if you are lifting after all of that running and then immediately doing that mile test. I would test the mile once a week, not every day. Don't forget to have a rest day for full recovery. If you want to do something on the 7th day, make sure it is REALLY REALLY LIGHT (like stretching only).

Sorry, but it does look like you ARE overtraining and you could hurt yourself more than gain much from it.
